Technical Specialist – Production & Innovation (m/f/d)
Our team has room for people who understand technology, think proactively, and want to drive innovation forward. That’s why we’re looking for a full-time Technical Specialist – Production & Innovation (m/f/d) to start immediately.
Your Responsibilities
- Processing and preparing production orders
- Reviewing technical drawings and product data
- Calculating and verifying material requirements
- Preparing production documentation
- Coordinating with production, logistics, and suppliers
- Identifying and resolving bottlenecks in the production process
- Monitoring quality, progress, and deadlines
- Support with inventory levels and orders
- Ongoing involvement in process improvements
Your Profile
- Completed vocational training in a trade. Carpenter, if applicable
- Work experience in production or construction
- Experience in a production environment or in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Experience working with ERP systems and MS Office
- Technical understanding and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Good communication skills
- Good command of German; knowledge of English is a plus (C1 or C2)
